Designed with the school.
SSP — Student Success Path — designs and promotes student management and short- and long-term programmes together with Canadian K–12 partner schools, appointed to represent them in Korea and working under the school’s name and with its approval. Twenty-two years in the international education sector, placing Korean students in Canadian schools.

What we provide a student.
A school can teach a student well and still lose them to something nobody was watching. These four layers are what we watch.
Someone answers.
Counselling and parent communication in Korean, on Korean hours — including the evening a fifteen-year-old is not coping.
Found in October.
After-school study support, homework and assessment preparation, and grade monitoring — so a problem surfaces in October, not in June.
Explained twice.
Course choice, extracurricular planning and applications — to the student in English and to the parent in Korean.
Where the school does not hold them.
SSP places homestay and holds custodianship — a named individual, as Canadian immigration requires. At a boarding school this belongs to the school and we do not duplicate it.
In Korean, in writing.
How the grades are moving, how the student is living, and what needs attention next month. An English report card does not tell a parent in Seoul how their child is doing.

What we are for a school.
Not a vendor delivering a package. As a school’s in-market representative we read what students in that one market actually need — and then design the programme and the support system with the school.

What Korean families and counsellors are actually asking for this year, what they are afraid of, and what they compare a school against.
Design the programme together
What the school already does well stays untouched. We design only what is missing for that market — and we design it with the school, not for it.
Build the support system
The care, communication and reporting that keeps a student enrolled, staffed and run by us so the school does not have to hire for one market.
Hold the channel
Recruit, vet and keep the agencies current, under the school’s name and with the school approving every Korean sentence.

SSP — Student Success Path — 는 캐나다 K-12 파트너 학교와 함께 학생 관리와 각종 장·단기 프로그램을 기획하고 한국에 알립니다. 학교로부터 한국 시장 대리로 지정받아, 학교의 이름과 승인 아래 일합니다. Nam Park이 이끌며, 22년 동안 국제교육 분야에서 한국 학생을 캐나다 학교에 보내 왔습니다.

학생에게 제공하는 것.
학교가 잘 가르치고도, 아무도 보고 있지 않던 것 때문에 학생을 잃는 일이 있습니다. 저희가 보는 것은 이 네 가지입니다.
받는 사람이 있습니다.
한국 시간에 한국어로 하는 상담과 학부모 소통 — 열다섯 살이 힘든 저녁을 포함해서.
10월에 발견합니다.
방과후 학습 지원, 과제와 시험 대비, 성적 추적 — 문제가 6월이 아니라 10월에 드러나게.
두 번 설명합니다.
과목 선택, 대외활동 설계, 지원서 — 학생에게는 영어로, 학부모에게는 한국어로.
학교가 맡지 않는 경우에.
SSP가 홈스테이를 배정하고 후견인을 맡습니다. 캐나다 이민 규정에 따라 회사가 아닌 지정된 개인이 맡습니다. 보딩스쿨에서는 학교의 몫이며 중복하지 않습니다.

성적의 흐름, 생활, 다음 달에 신경 써야 할 것. 영어 성적표 한 장은 서울의 학부모에게 아이가 어떻게 지내는지 말해 주지 않습니다.

패키지를 납품하는 업체가 아닙니다. 학교의 파트너로서 그 시장 학생들이 실제로 무엇을 필요로 하는지 파악하고, 장·단기 프로그램과 지원 체계를 학교와 함께 설계해 한국에 알립니다.
시장을 읽습니다
올해 한국 가족과 상담사가 실제로 무엇을 묻는지, 무엇을 두려워하는지, 학교를 무엇과 비교하는지.
프로그램을 함께 설계합니다
학교가 이미 잘하는 것은 건드리지 않습니다. 그 시장에 없는 것만 설계하되, 학교를 대신해서가 아니라 학교와 함께 설계합니다.
지원 체계를 만듭니다
학생을 남게 하는 케어와 소통, 보고 — 저희가 인력을 두고 운영하므로 학교가 한 시장을 위해 사람을 뽑을 필요가 없습니다.
채널을 관리합니다
유학원을 발굴·검증하고 최신 상태로 유지합니다. 학교의 이름으로, 모든 한국어 문장은 학교 승인을 거쳐서.
보고합니다
